Capt. Thomas J. Luger passed away on January 23, 2025. Tom grew up in St. Petersburg, FL, graduated from Boca Ciega High School In 1962, and served in the US Army from 1966-69. He worked a number of years with his father in real estate and banking and was also a cherished local musician and artist along the beaches of Pinellas County. Tom served on the Belleair Beach City Council in the mid-1970s. Predeceased by his wife of 41 years, Linda, he is survived by his son, Capt. Thomas J. Luger, Jr.; and granddaughter, Sandy Jean. A Celebration of Life with be held at the Luger residence in Belleair Beach, FL.
