Barbara Jo Manheimer Rizzo, 73, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away May 20, 2018. She was originally from Tampa, FL. She worked for the St. Petersburg Police Departmen as a Communications Supervisor. Barbara was married to Russell Rizzo.She is survived by loving family and friends.
