Frances Greenwald (Brower)

Fran Greenwald Brower, born in Rowlesburg, West Virginia, on March 14, 1944, died on November 11, 2013. A 1962 graduate of Boca Ciega High School, she received her BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 1966 and remained a lifelong Gator fan. Fran worked as an RPT in southeast Florida. Survivors include husband and fellow BCHS classmate Ron Brower, to whom she was married for 47 years; daughter Heather, son Matt (Katie); and sisters Mary Wotring (Phil) and Becky Falzone (Bill), and their children and grandchildren. She was cherished by all who knew her.

Fran's love of sewing led to creation of fabulous dresses, Halloween costumes, monogrammed shirts, baby gifts, and even boat and car seat covers. She and Ron moved across the south 11 times over the years in connection with his career and traveled widely, both national (48 states) and international (52 countries and every continent except Antarctica). She even accompanied Ron on several motorcycle trips.

Ron,  I am so sorry for your loss.  I can't believe I just saw Fran at the Reunion!  She was so pretty.  It sounds like y'all had a very rich and full life.  You have many wonderful memories.  My prayers are with you and your family.
