Carl E. Clayton, 73, born in St. Petersburg, entered into enternal rest January 12, 2016. He was a 1962 graduate of Boga Ciega High School, a member of the Central Christian Church, and the St. Petersburg Exchange Club. He loved his family, and enjoyed church and Exchange Club activities. He is survived by his wife, Sheryl; daughters, Carla (Randy) Pitts, Tamie (Hank) Kholos; three grandchildren; one sister; two brothers; and his mother, Phyllis Clayton. A service will be held Monday, January 18, 4 pm, at Central Christian Church, 6161 22nd Ave. N., St Petersburg. A meal and a celebration of life will be held following the service in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Central Christian Church in memory of Carl Clayton. -
